Immunefi report - Exploiting aToken liquidity addition in stableswap

- A proposal to withdraw 3,445 Treasury LP worth ~$732,000 (218 WETH & 9,064 H2O).  
- Future plans include swapping WETH to ETH via an OTC deal.  
- Creating a WETH/ETH pool for easy swaps without high fees.  
- Users can switch between WETH and ETH without leaving Hydration.  
- WETH (MRL) will stay as an on/off-ramp option.  
- Later steps include withdrawing remaining WETH LP from the Treasury.
