Small-scale validation of the mechanism that exits Hydration's Moonbeam-held assets before Moonbeam's 2026-07-31 sunset. Moves $10 of each of 11 Wormhole/MRL assets (~$110 total) from our Moonbeam sovereign account → Wormhole Token Bridge → Technical Committee multisigs on each origin chain, which will then stand up the Wormhole NTT contracts to re-represent these assets natively on Hydration. Proves the path at trivial value first.
Why now
- Moonbeam sunsets 2026-07-31 → its EVM / XCM / bridge stop; assets left behind may become inaccessible.
- Hydration holds 11 MRL assets whose backing sits in our sovereign account on Moonbeam (WETH, WBTC, DAI, USDC, USDT, sUSDS, EURC, SOL, jitoSOL, PRIME, SUI).
- They must be redeemed to their origin chains before the deadline → held by the TC multisigs → re-represented on Hydration via NTT. This canary de-risks the full-value run.
What it does
utility.batchAll of 11 × polkadotXcm.send → Moonbeam. Each executes as our sovereign account:
ethereumXcm.transact → Batch[ approve(TokenBridge), transferTokens(...) ] → redeems ~$10 of one asset to its origin chain (burns the wrapped asset on Moonbeam, releases native on origin).
Destination — Technical Committee multisigs
The 7-member Technical Committee controls a multisig on each origin chain. These hold the rescued assets and will deploy + collateralize the Wormhole NTT LOCKING hubs from them → re-representation on Hydration.
