- A plan to swap 10,000 H2O for HDX in small amounts over 14 days.  
- Each trade swaps 2.222 H2O every 44 blocks.  
- Limits slippage to 1.5% and allows 9 retries.  
- Similar to a previous successful swap (Tranche 6).  
- The HDX bought will be used for future needs like liquidity and rewards.  
- The treasury has 16,351 H2O left for more swaps.  
- Another swap (Tranche 8) is planned after this one.  
- Encourages everyone to "Stay Hydrated."

- A new stablecoin pool called "3-Pool" is proposed.  
- It includes aUSDT, USDT (snowbridge), and USDC (snowbridge).  
- The pool helps swap Ethereum stablecoins on Hydration.  
- It sets up the pool with specific settings (A: 222, fee: 0.02%).  
- Liquidity is added with amounts for each stablecoin.

- All money is kept safe in a special account until needed

GIGAMINT

- The plan is to remove iBTC from the Omnipool.  
- Only withdrawals will be allowed at first.  
- Then, all iBTC will be frozen and removed.  
- The Treasury will send iBTC to a special wallet to swap it for tBTC.  
- The tBTC will be returned to the Treasury later.  
- This is happening because iBTC has low trading and too much reliance on one provider.  
- Hydration has supported iBTC for a long time but now needs to exit.

- This proposal does two main things: mints remaining HDX to the Treasury and increases HDX liquidity.  
- It mints leftover HDX from Growth and Collator Rewards to the Treasury.  
- The total HDX supply will be nearly 6.5 billion after minting.  
- HDX liquidity is very low, so the plan is to add more gradually.  
- Over 13 weeks, the Treasury will add HDX to liquidity pools 39 times.  
- This will add about 155 million HDX to improve trading.  
- The goal is to make HDX liquidity equal to 5% of Omnipool liquidity.  
- This helps HDX be used as collateral and improves market confidence.
