Protocol-Owned HDX Liquidity on Kraken: final report

# Hydration Wormhole NTT Routes Referendum

This is a plan to let two new kinds of tokens move between blockchains and Hydration.

## What it does

- Turns on two new "routes" so tokens can travel between blockchains and Hydration.
- The first token is **HYPE** (from HyperEVM). The second is **SPY** (from Robinhood Chain).
- The computers (contracts) on all chains are already set up, checked, and owned.
- This vote just switches the routes on.

## The two tokens

- **HYPE** comes from HyperEVM and travels to Hydration.
- **SPY** comes from Robinhood Chain and travels to Hydration. It tracks a big stock fund (S&P 500).

## Safety rules

- There are three limits so too many tokens can't move at once.
- There is an emergency stop button if something goes wrong.
- All the code was tested on a practice run first, and it worked.

## Things to know about SPY

- SPY can be paused by the company that made it. If paused, locked SPY can't move.
- SPY moves in raw amounts, not changed amounts.

## How to check it

- There is a long code (preimage hash) people can use to verify the plan is real.
- The inner code can be decoded and checked against the official hash.

## In one line

- A vote to switch on two new token routes (HYPE and SPY) into Hydration, with safety limits and a stop button.

# Hydration Protocol Fee Setter

Hydration is a system that has pools where people swap tokens. This page is about a vote to make fees easier to turn on.

- Right now, turning on a fee for a pool takes a whole new vote each time. That is slow.
- The vote hands the pool factory to a small helper contract called the **protocol fee setter**.
- This helper can turn on a fee for any pool, old or new.
- The fee it turns on is always **1/4 of the swap fee**. It cannot pick other amounts.
- Anyone can use it to turn on fees or send fees to the Hydration treasury.
- The four new pools (atBTC, aPAXG, GETH, GSOL) can then start collecting fees.
- Governance still stays in charge and can take the factory back whenever it wants.
