**Neckwork** is a tool that reads and shows what happens on the Hydration blockchain. It is asking for money to keep running.

- It asks for **17,776 HOLLAR** (about **2,222 a month**) from August 2026 to March 2027.
- Two of the eight months are for work already done.
- It is already **running**, not just a plan.
- Since August it shows the app's history, charts, and stats.
- The old indexer was too slow, so it was retired in September.
- It also has dashboards for money, security, and voting.
- Everything is **open source** and can be self-hosted by anyone.
- It replaces Subscan, which cost more and did less.

In short: pay for a real, working tool that Hydration **owns** instead of rents.

**Hydration Node v53.0.0** is a planned update for a computer program called Hydration. It is mostly about making something called **ICE** work better.

- It adds **repatriate reserved** support for ERC20.

# Moving prices to CheckedOracles

**CheckedOracles** are a new kind of price machine. They only accept a new price if it matches the real market. If it doesn't match, they keep the old price.

- Six price feeds will use CheckedOracles: apyUSD and PRIME for the money market, plus four pool pegs (PRIME, apyUSD, wstETH, and jitoSOL).
- Right now, these prices only change when people vote. That is slow and risky.
- On 4 September, the PRIME price was wrong for days. It said 1.00 when the real price was about 1.06. This could have hurt borrowers.
- CheckedOracles stop wrong prices like that. Prices also cannot run too far ahead of the real market.
- After the change, PRIME's price goes up about 1%. The four pool pegs slowly move to their new prices. This takes about 10 to 17 days.
- No one's position becomes unsafe or gets liquidated.
- The apyUSD oracle is holding its price steady right now on purpose, because the feed and the pool do not agree yet.
- The change was tested on a test network since 18 September and worked well.

- This is a vote about the Omnipool, a big pool of digital money.
- The vote wants to change a rule for one type of money in the pool called aDOT (DOT).
- The rule is about how much of the pool aDOT can take up.

- Right now, aDOT can be up to 30% of the pool.
- The vote wants to lower that limit to 10%.
- Right now, aDOT is about 15% of the pool.
- If the vote passes, people can't add more aDOT until it drops below 10%.

- Taking aDOT out still works.
- Nothing else changes.

# Treasury: aDOT Position Withdrawal and Liquidity Seeding Proposal

## What is this?
This is a plan for the Hydration Treasury. It asks the community to vote on moving money around to grow liquidity.

## Main Points
- The Treasury will **close its aDOT position** and get back about 88,000 aDOT and 2,150 H2O.
- Some funds will go to an **Intergalactic Limited multisig** to start new liquidity pools on Robinhood Chain and Hydration.
- The funds sent include HOLLAR, GETH, HDX, aDOT, atBTC, GSOL, and aPAXG. Some of each will be sold for HOLLAR to pair up in pools.
- These pools are **just the first small step**. More will come later, and extra money will be returned.
- The **Council multisig** gets 60,000 HOLLAR to help buy SPY, HYPE, and ZEC.
- Money from selling delisted assets must **not go back to the Treasury**. Instead, it will be used to buy SPY, HYPE, and ZEC.
- Once bought, those assets will go back to the Treasury and be launched in the Omnipool and money market.
- The whole plan is written on-chain so everyone can check it later.

## What is this?
This is a vote about moving money back to a group called the Hydration Treasury.

## Key facts
- It returns **24,773 GDOT** (about **$26,400**) to the Treasury.
- This GDOT was sitting in **28 stopped farms** that no longer give out rewards.
- The money was never given to anyone, so it would just stay stuck forever.

## What is not affected
- **918 people** who still have money in these farms keep everything.
- Their rewards are safe and can still be claimed like normal.
- A separate pot of **10,813 GDOT** that belongs to users is not touched.

## How it works
- **11 farms with no users left** are closed, sending **11,071 GDOT** back.
- **17 farms that still have users** are kept open. Only the extra GDOT is swept out, sending **13,702 GDOT** back.

## Was it tested?
- Yes. It was tested on a copy of the real blockchain.
- All **39 steps worked** with no errors.
- The Treasury got exactly **24,773.03 GDOT**.

This is a plan to move money earned by a program called the Money Market into a big savings account called the Hydration Treasury. It collects about $49,400 worth of different coins. The plan was tested first to make sure it works.

- The Money Market is like a digital bank that earned money from people using it.
- This plan takes all that money and puts it into one safe place called the Treasury.
- It moves about $49,400 in many kinds of coins, like HOLLAR, USDC, USDT, DOT, and ETH.
- Some coins keep earning more money even after they move, like a savings jar that grows.
- A few extra coins made after the move can be collected later in another trip.
- A robot manager account does all the moving, and the plan was practiced on a fake copy first.
- Everything worked in the practice run, so it is ready to do for real.

# Hydration Treasury LP Collateral Proposal

This is a plan to let the Hydration Treasury use some of its pool tokens as collateral.

- Four new pool tokens from the Treasury are added as collateral in the Hydration money market.
- These four pools are: 2-Pool-PRIME, 2-Pool-apyUSD, 2-Pool-BIL, and 3-Pool-MRL.
- The Treasury is the only one who put money in these pools, so the supply cap is set to 1. This means no one else can add more.
- The rules for these new pools are the same as two older pools, HUSDC and HUSDT.
- Six older pool reserves have their supply caps lowered. This does not hurt anyone already using them.
- The plan runs over two blocks. All steps were tested on a copy of the mainnet and worked.
- After this, the Treasury's collateral grows by about 3.3 million USD. It cannot borrow against this, and its debt does not change.

# Basejump USDC Corridor Referendum

- **What it is:** A vote to turn on a bridge path. This path moves USDC money between Ethereum and Hydration using a tool called Basejump.
- **How Basejump works:** It is a fast bridge. It gives users their money right away from a pool, then refills that pool later using Wormhole (a slower bridge) in about 13 minutes.
- **What is already done:** The computer programs (contracts) are built and connected. One special admin step is left to finish.
- **The last step:** An emergency admin must say "yes" to the new receiver and connect the USDC route.
- **No new money needed:** No extra money is spent to do this.
- **Using old money:** There is 10,019 EURC sitting in the pool from another path that never started. This money is moved to the Treasury.
- **Swapping money:** The Treasury sells the EURC for USDC on-chain. Then 10,000 USDC goes back into the pool.
- **Leftover:** About 1,622 USDC stays in the Treasury.
