SubSquare is testing a proposal and wants to make sure it doesn't harm anything. 
The proposal raises the asset cap on currency 0 (HDX) to 20% and has the treasury add a small amount of HDX LP. 
The cap is then lowered back to 2%. 
SubSquare plans to increase the POL HDX LP amount in a future proposal and is asking for feedback on how much to add.
