# NEAR in the Money Market

This is a plan to add NEAR to the Hydration money market. People voted on it, and it is a "Root" track proposal.

- NEAR can be used as collateral (something you promise) and can be borrowed.
- It has a 70% loan-to-value, a 75% liquidation threshold, and a 7% liquidation bonus.
- The supply cap is 248,459 NEAR and the borrow cap is 124,229 NEAR (about $1M and $500k).
- It uses the same interest rate curve as SOL, HYPE, ZEC, and SPY.
- A token called aNEAR is registered and can be used to pay fees.
- Trading routes are made so liquidations can always be settled.
- The Treasury's NEAR balance (about 4,341 NEAR) is supplied to the market as aNEAR.

# SPY Money Market Listing Proposal

- This is a plan to add SPY to the Hydration money market.
- People could use SPY as collateral and also borrow it.
- The plan allows borrowing up to 70% of SPY's value.
- There is a limit: 1,293 SPY can be supplied and 646 SPY borrowed.
- Fees and interest rates would work like other assets such as SOL.
- New trading routes would be set up so SPY trades and fees work smoothly.
- The Treasury's SPY (about 25.8) would be added to the market too.

# Wormhole USDT and USDC Money Market Listing

This page is about a plan to add Wormhole USDT and USDC to the Hydration money market.

- It adds Wormhole versions of USDT and USDC so people can supply and borrow them on Hydration.
- The new reserves use the same settings as the existing USDT and USDC reserves.
- Each reserve has a supply cap of 2,000,000 and a borrow cap of 1,000,000.
- Both reserves join the Stablecoins eMode category.
- New aTokens are created: aUSDT (asset 1023) and aUSDC (asset 1021), and they can be used to pay fees.
- Stablecoin names are updated so each version is easy to tell apart, but tickers stay the same.
- The plan helps bring in stablecoin liquidity from outside Polkadot.
- Later votes will create new pools with these assets and add them as collateral in the HSM.

**Restoring Trapped XCM Transfers on Hydration**

- Between October 16 and 24, three tokens (MYTH, EWT, and PEN) could not be used to pay fees on Hydration.
- Because of this, eight transfers of these tokens got stuck in a holding area called the "XCM asset trap" instead of reaching the people they were sent to.
- The three tokens can pay fees again, and new transfers are working normally.
- A plan will give the stuck amounts to the correct recipients:
  - 5,502.9987149 PEN to one account
  - 997 EWT to a second account
  - 201 EWT to a third account
  - 4,977 EWT to a fourth account
  - 192,020 MYTH to a fifth account
- The plan will also delete the trap records so nobody can claim the same funds twice.
- This is a "Root" track action, with preimage hash `0x2d38b948e766e97a742b32c8a89b23685d73fb53401d22c11850ba9a9502622f`.

# Omnipool Farms Extension Proposal

**What is this?**
This is a plan to keep paying rewards to people who put money into Hydration's Omnipool farms — but with 10% smaller rewards.

**What will happen?**
- Five farms (HOLLAR, tBTC, GETH, GSOL and PAXG) will get 3 more months of rewards.
- The reward rate for each farm will go down by 10%.
- Money from the Treasury's unclaimed rewards will be used to pay for it (12,034 PRIME).
- Rewards people already earned are safe and won't change.

**Why do this?**
- Hydration wants to try new kinds of pools (concentrated liquidity pools) that cost less to reward.
- But first, the team needs time to test them carefully.
- So they keep the old farms going a little longer, paying less each time, so people don't all leave at once.

**How to vote?**
- This is a Root track proposal.
- Preimage hash: `0xb9bf6270d071a7c49a472adb371f113306c0fde81a40436e89300b6b5a9f1048`

# Listing ZEC in the Hydration Money Market

This page is about a plan to add ZEC (a digital currency) to Hydration's money market.

- ZEC can be used as collateral (something you promise) and can be borrowed.
- It gets a 70% loan-to-value and a 75% liquidation threshold.
- There are limits: 809 ZEC can be supplied and 404 ZEC borrowed.
- A new token called aZEC is created and can be used to pay fees.
- Special routes are set up so trades and liquidations always work.
- ZEC/aZEC is added to the ICE solver's routing for intents.
- The Treasury's ~15.7 ZEC is supplied to the money market.

# HYPE in Supply & Borrow

A proposal to let people use **HYPE** in a money market (a place where people lend and borrow tokens).

- If approved, HYPE can be used as collateral (like a deposit to borrow against) and can be borrowed.
- Settings: 70% LTV, 75% liquidation threshold, 7% liquidation bonus.
- There are caps on how much can be supplied and borrowed.
- The price comes from the HYPE/USD oracle.
- It also sets up routes so liquidations can always happen.
- The Treasury will supply all its HYPE (about 253) to the market.
- This is a Root track proposal.

# Return EURC and DOT stranded on a Safe multisig address to its owner

This is a proposal to give back some lost crypto tokens to the person who owns them.

## What happened

- Someone sent 9,998 EURC and 0.5 DOT to an address on Hydration.
- That address was supposed to be controlled by a Safe multisig on Base.
- But Safe doesn't work on Hydration, so nobody had the key to move the tokens.
- The tokens got stuck.

## The fix

- The real owner proved it was theirs by signing a message on Base.
- The owner asked for the tokens to be sent to `0xB6F4A5e7DE61CAc0a853dbf7DB2b23abe84b95e6`.
- This proposal moves the tokens to that address.
- Tests showed the transfer works and the empty account gets cleaned up.
- No one else's money is touched.

# GIGAHDX HOLLAR Borrow Limit Increase

**What is it?**
A vote to let people borrow more HOLLAR using GIGAHDX.

**Key facts**

- Right now, the limit is `500,000` HOLLAR, and it is all used up.
- This vote would double the limit to `1,000,000` HOLLAR.
- The extra `500,000` is not given out all at once.
- It comes out slowly, in small steps, over about `22` days.
- Each day, about `22,222` more HOLLAR becomes available.
- Each small step is a limit, not free money. If nobody borrows, nothing happens.
- Nothing else changes — no new fees, no changes to how loans work.
- The last step is a tiny bit bigger so it ends exactly on `1,000,000`.

Increase GIGAHDX HOLLAR borrow capacity to 1,000,000, released over 22 days

# BIL +1,000,000 Capacity Release

- Decentral will add $1,000,000 more space for BIL.
- The money is given out over seven days, not all at once.
- Each day, the deposit limit and borrowing limit go up a little.
- On days 1–5, people can also borrow HOLLAR right away.
- The Treasury itself takes the last two days, 300,000 total.
- Of the new space, 700,000 is for users and 300,000 is for the Treasury.
- The Treasury borrows PRIME and trades it for HOLLAR over the week to pay for its part.
- The plan was tested carefully on test networks before being submitted.

- This update is called **v53.0.0**.
- It focuses on **ICE improvements**.
- Synth transaction hashes stay **stable** even when the system reorganizes.
- It adds **repatriate reserved** support for ERC20.
- ICE now uses **repatriate reserved** instead of transfer.
- It fixes a problem with **dca intent** first execution.
- It adds **Uniswap support** for ICE.
- It also fixes **Aave executor** gas limits and adds better **coretime alerts**.
- You can see all details on **GitHub**.

# Moving prices to CheckedOracles

**CheckedOracles** are a new kind of price machine. They only accept a new price if it matches the real market. If it doesn't match, they keep the old price.

- Six price feeds will use CheckedOracles: apyUSD and PRIME for the money market, plus four pool pegs (PRIME, apyUSD, wstETH, and jitoSOL).
- Right now, these prices only change when people vote. That is slow and risky.
- On 4 September, the PRIME price was wrong for days. It said 1.00 when the real price was about 1.06. This could have hurt borrowers.
- CheckedOracles stop wrong prices like that. Prices also cannot run too far ahead of the real market.
- After the change, PRIME's price goes up about 1%. The four pool pegs slowly move to their new prices. This takes about 10 to 17 days.
- No one's position becomes unsafe or gets liquidated.
- The apyUSD oracle is holding its price steady right now on purpose, because the feed and the pool do not agree yet.
- The change was tested on a test network since 18 September and worked well.

Move apyUSD and PRIME price feeds, and four stablepool pegs, onto CheckedOracles

# GDOT Return Referendum

## What is this?
This is a vote about moving money back to a group called the Hydration Treasury.

## Key facts
- It returns **24,773 GDOT** (about **$26,400**) to the Treasury.
- This GDOT was sitting in **28 stopped farms** that no longer give out rewards.
- The money was never given to anyone, so it would just stay stuck forever.

## What is not affected
- **918 people** who still have money in these farms keep everything.
- Their rewards are safe and can still be claimed like normal.
- A separate pot of **10,813 GDOT** that belongs to users is not touched.

## How it works
- **11 farms with no users left** are closed, sending **11,071 GDOT** back.
- **17 farms that still have users** are kept open. Only the extra GDOT is swept out, sending **13,702 GDOT** back.

## Was it tested?
- Yes. It was tested on a copy of the real blockchain.
- All **39 steps worked** with no errors.
- The Treasury got exactly **24,773.03 GDOT**.

# Hydration Treasury LP Collateral Proposal

This is a plan to let the Hydration Treasury use some of its pool tokens as collateral.

- Four new pool tokens from the Treasury are added as collateral in the Hydration money market.
- These four pools are: 2-Pool-PRIME, 2-Pool-apyUSD, 2-Pool-BIL, and 3-Pool-MRL.
- The Treasury is the only one who put money in these pools, so the supply cap is set to 1. This means no one else can add more.
- The rules for these new pools are the same as two older pools, HUSDC and HUSDT.
- Six older pool reserves have their supply caps lowered. This does not hurt anyone already using them.
- The plan runs over two blocks. All steps were tested on a copy of the mainnet and worked.
- After this, the Treasury's collateral grows by about 3.3 million USD. It cannot borrow against this, and its debt does not change.

Add treasury HOLLAR-pool LP tokens as money market collateral and tighten LP supply caps

# Basejump USDC Corridor Referendum

- **What it is:** A vote to turn on a bridge path. This path moves USDC money between Ethereum and Hydration using a tool called Basejump.
- **How Basejump works:** It is a fast bridge. It gives users their money right away from a pool, then refills that pool later using Wormhole (a slower bridge) in about 13 minutes.
- **What is already done:** The computer programs (contracts) are built and connected. One special admin step is left to finish.
- **The last step:** An emergency admin must say "yes" to the new receiver and connect the USDC route.
- **No new money needed:** No extra money is spent to do this.
- **Using old money:** There is 10,019 EURC sitting in the pool from another path that never started. This money is moved to the Treasury.
- **Swapping money:** The Treasury sells the EURC for USDC on-chain. Then 10,000 USDC goes back into the pool.
- **Leftover:** About 1,622 USDC stays in the Treasury.

Hydration wants to pay for its internet time on Polkadot for about a year.

- It will use 420 DOT coins it earned from lending.
- These coins pay for 3 computer cores needed for about 12 months.
- The DOT will move from a savings account to a special wallet, then to another chain.
- After the move, the wallet will have about 467 DOT, enough for renewals.
- This was tested on a pretend version of the system, and it worked perfectly.
- The test showed 419.92 DOT arrives after small fees.
- This helps keep Hydration running without extra costs.

Fund Polkadot Coretime from Money Market revenue (~12 months)

- Hydration proposes to consolidate 45 HDX liquidity positions into one new position.
- The HDX weight cap will temporarily rise to 22%, then return to 1%.
- The treasury will remove old positions, pay out about 130M HDX and 134k H2O, then add 150M HDX at current spot price.
- The treasury gains 134k liquid H2O for buybacks.
- No price impact is expected, and the plan is verified on a test fork.

HDX Omnipool LP consolidation

- Removes KSM from the Omnipool.
- Trading KSM becomes withdraw-only.
- All 47 liquidity positions are returned automatically.
- Farmers get rewards and their KSM back.
- Around 49.2k KSM goes back to liquidity providers.
- The protocol keeps 12.2k KSM for the Treasury.
- No action needed from users.

Omnipool: delist KSM (6 of 6)

- SUI is being removed from the Omnipool.
- Trading SUI will stop, but people can still take out their money.
- All SUI rewards and coins are given back to owners automatically.
- About 33 people get their SUI back, worth around $7,000.
- The project gets back about $148,000 in SUI.
- This was tested to make sure it works correctly.
- A special code was used to confirm the change.

Omnipool: delist SUI (5 of 6)

- This vote removes ASTR, vASTR, and vDOT from the Omnipool.
- It returns all liquidity to owners automatically, so no action is needed.
- Farmers get their rewards paid out.
- The protocol's own share goes back to the Treasury.
- The change was tested on a copy of the network and worked.
- This is part of a bigger plan to clean up underperforming assets.

Omnipool: delist ASTR, vASTR & vDOT (2–4 of 6)

Authorise runtime release 51.0.0

- Removes BNC from Omnipool.
- Stops trading BNC, only lets people take out liquidity.
- Returns all BNC to owners automatically in about 3 minutes.
- Gives back about 2 million BNC to liquidity providers.
- Sends about 3.8 million BNC to the Treasury.
- Stops two other Bifrost farms.
- Tested on a copy of the network first.

Omnipool: delist BNC (Asset 1 of 6)

Hydration is moving 551,213 DOT from its Polkadot staking accounts to its Treasury.
- 540,305 DOT is the main amount, plus 10,908 DOT from rewards.
- The money will be used to buy HOLLAR slowly, bit by bit, over about 9 days.
- It sells 22 DOT every 30 seconds, with safety against price changes.
- The transfer is safe and can be retried if needed.
- This plan takes back money and grows Hydration's HOLLAR holdings.
