# List HYPE in Supply & Borrow

This proposal, if approved, will list HYPE (asset 1001355) as collateral and as a borrowable asset, following its launch in the Omnipool.

Execution will:

- add HYPE to the money market with a `70%` LTV, `75%` liquidation threshold and `7%` liquidation bonus, priced by the HYPE/USD oracle
- set a supply cap of `12,500` HYPE and a borrow cap of `6,250` HYPE (~$1M and ~$500k at $79.69), with a `20%` reserve factor and the same interest rate curve as SOL and ETH
- register aHYPE (asset 1010) in the asset registry and accept it for fee payment
- register on-chain router routes between HYPE and every money-market asset outside the Omnipool so that liquidations can always settle, plus routes from HDX and WETH to aHYPE for fee pricing
- supply the Treasury's full HYPE balance (~253 HYPE) to the money market, converting it to aHYPE

# HYPE in Supply & Borrow

A proposal to let people use **HYPE** in a money market (a place where people lend and borrow tokens).

- If approved, HYPE can be used as collateral (like a deposit to borrow against) and can be borrowed.
- Settings: 70% LTV, 75% liquidation threshold, 7% liquidation bonus.
- There are caps on how much can be supplied and borrowed.
- The price comes from the HYPE/USD oracle.
- It also sets up routes so liquidations can always happen.
- The Treasury will supply all its HYPE (about 253) to the market.
- This is a Root track proposal.
