# Raise GIGAHDX HOLLAR minting capacity to 500,000

GIGAHDX launched with a deliberately conservative initial HOLLAR facilitator bucket of 222,222, with the stated intent to raise it once real utilisation was observed. Demand has now filled the bucket completely — all 222,222 HOLLAR are minted — so no further HOLLAR can be borrowed against GHDX collateral.

This referendum raises the GIGAHDX facilitator bucket capacity on the HOLLAR token from **222,222 to 500,000 HOLLAR**. It is a single `setFacilitatorBucketCapacity` call on the HOLLAR token contract, executed via the AAVE manager origin. No other market parameters change: collateral requirements (40% LTV, 70% liquidation threshold), the 9% borrow APR, and all other facilitator buckets remain as they are.
