Before #63 can be enacted I have sent Bifrost funds to cover initial 2 weeks of oracle updates in this transaction directly.
This amount will end up back in treasury as Bifrost is using it to cover XCM fees.
I ask for refund to my account in this proposal.
I think it should be a trustworthy identity, as explained in the response to comment one. But for the same reason as comment one, to reduce communication costs, vote against and urge improvement.
Seems like does not have onchain identity. Will be Voting NAY due to this.
