I think it should be a trustworthy identity, as explained in the response to comment one. But for the same reason as comment one, to reduce communication costs, vote against and urge improvement.

Before [#63](https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/63) can be enacted I have sent Bifrost funds to cover initial 2 weeks of oracle updates in this [transaction](https://hydration.subscan.io/extrinsic/7343102-2) directly.
This amount will end up back in treasury as Bifrost is using it to cover XCM fees.
I ask for refund to my account in this proposal.
