HydraDX is making some changes to their system which will help bring more people to use it. These changes include:

- Upgrading to a new version of their system called `v22`
- Creating a way for people to refer others to use HydraDX and earn rewards for doing so
- Changing the way fees are collected so that some of the money goes towards the referral program
- The goal is to get more people to use HydraDX and make it even better!

Authorize runtime upgrade & on-chain remark

- HDX bonds will be created and given to people who provide liquidity to DOT protocol.
- The HDX bonds will be created using HDX from the Treasury.
- The event will start on 4th January 2025 and last for about a year.
- The LBP will run for 36 hours and the start and end times are given.
- The LBP swap fee will be 2%.

SubSquare is proposing to launch a new event called the "second bonds event" on January 4th, 2024.

The proposal suggests creating 22 million HDX bonds with a maturity date of January 4th, 2025.

The bonds will be distributed to accumulate DOT protocol owned liquidity via an LBP.

The LBP will run for 36 hours, starting with 85% HDX bonds and 15% DOT, and ending with 40% HDX bonds and 60% DOT.

The bonds will start trading at a 22% premium to the spot price of HDX at the time the referendum is put on-chain, and there will be a 2% swap fee.

Second bonds event

- The proposal is about upgrading to release `v21.2` - runtime version `hydradx/196`.
- This upgrade will allow for a wider range of dynamic fees before the launch of referral fees.
- The initial parameters for AssetFee and ProtocolFee are given.
- The new parameters for AssetFee are Min - `0.25%`, Max - `5%`, Decay - `0.001%`, and Amplification - `2`.
- The ProtocolFee parameters remain unchanged.

HydraDX wants to move `118,000 DOT` to a Pure Proxy created for referendum #90 and set the multisig as `STAKING PROXY` and `GOVERNANCE PROXY` to the same Pure Proxy. The Pure Proxy will hold `218,000 DOT` from HydraDX POL, allowing the multisig to stake and earn staking rewards with the remaining `188,000 DOT`. The staking rewards will be distributed to a second Pure Proxy `14kovW62mmGZBRvbNT1w5J7m9SQskd5JTRTLKZLpkpjmZBJ8`. These DOT are not being removed from the Omnipool and were recently secured for the second parachain lease period.

SubSquare is proposing to create a new stablecoin pool called 4-Pool. They will add USDT, DAI, and USDC to it. They will also add liquidity to the pool by adding 300,000 of each coin. The stableswap pool shares will be transferred to Omnipool and added as a tradeable asset. The initial price of the shares will be 42,829,670,683. The weight cap will be 20%.

- A proposal has been made to upgrade the runtime to release `v20.0.0`, runtime version `hydradx/183`.
- This upgrade includes Stableswap pallet, XYK pallet, and integrations for the launch of Stableswap.

- The proposal also includes creating a stablepool with different assets and adding them to Omnipool.
- A remark will be added to the chain to fast-track the respective addToken referendum.
