This proposal, if approved, will:
Schedule a DCA for vDOT to DOT over ~1 hour (this 44,865 vDOT is left over from the previous POL LP & GIGADOT launch)
Schedule after 900 blocks to send 101,300 DOT to the Hydration staking account on the Polkadot relay chain (14kovW62mmGZBRvbNT1w5J7m9SQskd5JTRTLKZLpkpjmZBJ8) [there are already 38,664 DOT in the Treasury in addition to the vDOT for the above swap]
Place the following on-chain remark:
Instruct the staking & governance proxy to stake an additional 101,300 DOT and to increase the conviction of our governance delegation to 6x as a demonstration of our commitment to Polkadot
This will increase the POL staked DOT position to 540,000 DOT and with a 6x conviction will result in 3,240,000 votes in Opengov - and therefore an additional 1,923,900 votes towards AYE on Polkadot GIGAHydration Campaign.
