This proposal, if approved, will:

- Schedule a DCA for vDOT to DOT over ~1 hour *(this `44,865` vDOT is left over from the previous POL LP & GIGADOT launch)*
- Schedule after `900` blocks to send `101,300` DOT to the Hydration staking account on the Polkadot relay chain *(14kovW62mmGZBRvbNT1w5J7m9SQskd5JTRTLKZLpkpjmZBJ8)* [there are already `38,664` DOT in the Treasury in addition to the vDOT for the above swap]
- Place the following on-chain remark:

    ```Instruct the staking & governance proxy to stake an additional 101,300 DOT and to increase the conviction of our governance delegation to 6x as a demonstration of our commitment to Polkadot``` 

This will increase the POL staked DOT position to `540,000` DOT and with a `6x` conviction will result in `3,240,000` votes in Opengov - and therefore an additional `1,923,900` votes towards AYE on [Polkadot GIGAHydration Campaign](https://polkadot.subsquare.io/referenda/1542).

- Swap leftover vDOT to DOT in about 1 hour  
- Send 101,300 DOT to Polkadot for staking  
- Already have 38,664 DOT ready  
- Increase staked DOT to 540,000 total  
- Boost voting power to 6x (3,240,000 votes)  
- Support the GIGAHydration campaign  
- Shows strong commitment to Polkadot
