After successful execution of ref #66 (https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/66) and ref #65 (https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/65), which launched LINK & SKY tokens for trading - this referendum will initiate DCAs for both assets from USDT.

These actions will complete the previously approved diversification into additional assets creating new markets of highly liquid tokens on Hydration. Once the DCAs have finalised, the accrued assets will be added to the Omnipool as additional liquidity.
