This proposal, if approved, will:

- add Lombard Staked BTC to the asset registry & as a fee payment asset
- as this uses Snowbridge, Root is required currently to "touch" the asset (otherwise it cannot be transferred to Hydration
- update naming of the following assets to ensure consistency:
    - Ethereum native (Snowbridge) -> Ethereum
    - Ethereum (Snowbridge) -> Wrapped Ethereum
    - Bitcoin (Snowbridge) -> Wrapped Bitcoin
    - USDC (Snowbridge) -> USDC (Ethereum native)
    - Tether USD (Snowbridge) -> Tether (Ethereum native)
    - Bitcoin (Moonbeam Wormhole) -> Wrapped Bitcoin (Moonbeam Wormhole)
    - Ethereum (Moonbeam Wormhole) -> Wrapped ETH (Moonbeam Wormhole)
    - Bitcoin (Acala Wormhole) -> Wrapped BTC (Acala Wormhole)
    - Ethereum (Acala Wormhole) -> Wrapped ETH (Acala Wormhole)
    - Tether USD -> Tether
    - Tether USD (Moonbeam Wormhole) -> Tether (Moonbeam Wormhole)

- Add Lombard Staked BTC to the list of assets  
- Use Root to help move the asset to Hydration  
- Change names of some assets to make them clearer:  
  - "Ethereum" and "Wrapped Ethereum"  
  - "Wrapped Bitcoin" and "Wrapped Bitcoin (Moonbeam Wormhole)"  
  - "USDC (Ethereum native)"  
  - "Tether" and "Tether (Ethereum native)"  
  - "Wrapped ETH" for some Ethereum versions
