15 January 2027This proposal extends the Supply & Borrow incentive programmes on HUSDT, HUSDC and GIGADOT by 3 months, from 15 October 2026 to 15 January 2027 (14:00 UTC), and halves the GIGADOT reward rate.
The current programmes were activated in #317 and end on 15 October 2026. HUSDT and HUSDC are the main sources of HOLLAR liquidity outside the Omnipool, so their incentives continue at the current rate. Extending them before the end date means suppliers keep earning without interruption.
As part of an overall reduction in the cost of incentives:
78.33 to 39.17 GDOT per day.15 October 2026.Follow-up referenda will trim the Omnipool farm rates by 10% and top the farms up for the same 3 month period.
A single batch, executed by the money-market admin account through the EmissionManager:
39.17 GDOT per day (half the current rate). Rewards accrued up to enactment are credited at the current rate.15 January 2027.15 January 2027; the rate is unchanged at 275.6 PRIME per day.15 January 2027; the rate is unchanged at 275.6 PRIME per day.The 92-day extension costs 50,713 PRIME (~$54K) for HUSDT and HUSDC (551.2 PRIME per day combined), plus 3,603 GDOT (~$4.8K) for GIGADOT.
No additional funding is required. The PRIME still held in the rewards pot and the Treasury's own unclaimed PRIME rewards (~22,715 PRIME) together cover the extended period. A follow-up referendum on the Treasurer track claims the Treasury's rewards and returns them to the pot. The GDOT extension is covered by GDOT already in the pot.
No other incentive programme, market parameter or user position is affected, and no rewards already earned are changed.
The full call was executed end-to-end on a fork of mainnet at block 15,706,985. All 4 money-market admin calls dispatched successfully with no EVM failures. Afterwards:
