# Raise HOLLAR money-market borrow cap to `13M`

This proposal raises the HOLLAR facilitator bucket of the Hydration money market from `12,000,000` to `13,000,000` HOLLAR.

Borrowing demand has brought the current bucket to `~11.7M` of `12M`. Raising the cap by `1M` keeps HOLLAR borrowing available while the market grows.

The proposal is a single aave-manager call: `setFacilitatorBucketCapacity` on the HOLLAR token for the money-market aToken facilitator. No other parameters change. The Aave-level HOLLAR reserve has no separate borrow cap, so this bucket is the only limit being adjusted.

Peg impact was modelled against current stablepool balances and Stability Module holdings.
