# Fund Polkadot Coretime from Money Market revenue (~12 months)

## Summary

This referendum uses `420` aDOT of accumulated Money Market revenue to fund Hydration's Polkadot coretime for approximately the next `12` months.

Hydration currently renews `3` cores at a combined cost of `~36.4` DOT per `28`-day region (`~35-40` DOT per month). Renewals are paid by Hydration's sovereign account on the Coretime chain (`13cKp89Uh2yWgTG28JA1QEvPUMjEPKejqkjHKf9zqLiFKjH6`), which currently holds `~47` DOT. After this transfer it will hold `~467` DOT, covering roughly `12` months of core renewals.

## What the call does

1. Transfers `420` aDOT from the Money Market Collector (`0xE52567fF06aCd6CBe7BA94dc777a3126e180B6d9`) to the on-chain Treasury.
2. The Treasury withdraws the `420` aDOT from the Money Market, unwrapping it to DOT.
3. The `420` DOT is sent via XCM to Hydration's sovereign account on the Coretime chain (routed through Asset Hub: reserve transfer, then teleport). `~419.92` DOT arrives after XCM fees.

The Collector pull requires the Aave manager origin and the withdrawal + XCM require the Treasury origin, so the call combines both dispatchers and runs on the Root track.

## Verification

The full flow was executed end-to-end on a multichain chopsticks fork (Hydration + Asset Hub + Coretime chain, forked at current heads):

- Hydration: Collector aDOT `-420`, Treasury DOT net `0`, all steps execute successfully
- Asset Hub: Hydration sovereign account `-420` DOT, teleport forwarded
- Coretime chain: `419.9156` DOT deposited to the sovereign account (final balance `~467` DOT)

Both cross-chain legs were additionally verified against the live Asset Hub and Coretime chain runtimes via their dry-run APIs, with identical results.


Hydration wants to pay for its internet time on Polkadot for about a year.  

- It will use 420 DOT coins it earned from lending.  
- These coins pay for 3 computer cores needed for about 12 months.  
- The DOT will move from a savings account to a special wallet, then to another chain.  
- After the move, the wallet will have about 467 DOT, enough for renewals.  
- This was tested on a pretend version of the system, and it worked perfectly.  
- The test showed 419.92 DOT arrives after small fees.  
- This helps keep Hydration running without extra costs.
