This proposal, if approved, will claim the `200,000` HOLLAR principal + outstanding yield (currently `~6,734` HOLLAR) back to the Treasury. The proposal consists of 4 parts:

- request yield withdrawal
- request principal withdrawal
- (`48-hour delay`)
- execute yield withdrawal
- execute principal withdrawal

We are in the final stages of implementation and testing of our simple liquid token wrapper around this product - we will launch it using this capital shortly after these claims are successful.

The proposal will take back 200,000 HOLLAR plus about 6,734 HOLLAR in earnings to the group's money pool. It has 4 steps: ask for earnings, ask for the main money, wait 48 hours, then get the earnings and main money. A new simple token tool is almost ready to use this money.
