Back on `15th December 2025` - two ongoing Polkadot Treasury DCAs from aDOT -> USDT/C silently failed due to a recently identified and fixed issue relating to rebasing tokens and error handling during DCA execution.

There was still over `1,000,000` aDOT to DCA into the stablecoins, and now that we've identified and fixed the issue, this referendum will restart them with the same parameters as when they were created.
