Hydration has roughly `1,300,000` DOT across LP, Treasury, staked on Polkadot Hub + unstaking from vDOT on Bifrost.

This proposal, if approved, will diversify `~350,000` DOT (via aDOT) into atBTC, GETH, GSOL & aPAXG - split `30% / 30% / 30% / 10%` by:

- withdrawing `14,000` DOT staking rewards from Polkadot Hub to the Hydration Treasury
- transferring `20,000` aDOT from the Supply & Borrow Treasury to the Hydration Treasury
- creates `4` DCA schedules - each over `3` weeks, with a trade every `5` minutes for atBTC, GETH, GSOL & aPAXG

- Hydration has about 1.3 million DOT in different places.
- This plan will use around 350,000 DOT to buy four new assets.
- The money will be split: 30% for atBTC, 30% for GETH, 30% for GSOL, and 10% for aPAXG.
- To do this, they will:
  - Take 14,000 DOT from staking rewards.
  - Move 20,000 aDOT from another treasury.
  - Set up four automatic buying schedules over three weeks, with trades every five minutes.
