This proposal, if approved, will remove 2-Pool USDT/C stablepool shares from Omnipool.

This is the final step of an ongoing series of tasks to make HOLLAR the default stablecoin route through the Omnipool - with GIGAHydration farms previously stopped, HOLLAR launch in Omnipool + farm rewards directed towards HOLLAR in Omnipool. By routing all stablecoin trades (e.g. USDT -> DOT) this ensures that all volumes are flowing through HOLLAR instead of lower liquidity USDT/C and helps support feasibility of HOLLAR LPing in Omnipool, despite current market conditions.
