After discussion `#240` (https://hydration.subsquare.io/posts/240) seeking to initiate a further period of Hydration Treasury boost for HDX stakers - this proposal, if approved, will:

- Distribute `51,131,191` HDX over 6 months
    - Transferring `12,163.73` HDX
    - Every `600` blocks (`1` hour)
    - `4,368` times (every hour for 6 months)

The amount of HDX selected is `50%` of the HDX the Treasury has accrued from POL buybacks using H2O since the start of 2025 (excluding the ongoing buyback). It is expected that this boost will add `5 - 6%` APR to the current HDX staking APR.

- **Goal**: Boost HDX staking rewards for 6 months  
- **Amount**: 51,131,191 HDX  
- **How**:  
  - 12,163.73 HDX sent every hour  
  - Happens 4,368 times (6 months)  
- **Source**: 50% of Treasury’s HDX from buybacks  
- **Effect**: Adds 5-6% more APR to staking rewards
