It is exciting to witness history being made due to HydraDX's successful combination of governance, treasury, and XCM interoperability. 

This proposal, if approved, will:

- Transfer 22,222 DOT from the HydraDX `Treasury` to Bifrost
- Mint vDOT (currently ~ 18,889 vDOT)
- Transfer vDOT back to HydraDX to the `Omnipool` account

Once executed, a subsequent referendum will initialise vDOT trading in the Omnipool.
