This proposal, if approved, will:

• Transfer 22,222 DOT from the HydraDX Treasury to Bifrost
• Mint vDOT (currently ~ 18,889 vDOT)
• Transfer vDOT back to HydraDX to the Omnipool account

Once executed, a subsequent referendum will initialise vDOT trading in the Omnipool.
