- There was a missed config in the UI fix which allowed further instances of failed transfers.

- The proposal is about changing the rules for how much of each asset can be used in the Omnipool.
- They want to lower the amount of DOT and ETH that can be used, but increase the amount of some other assets.
- They want to make these changes more often so that they make sense for each asset.
- The reason for the change is to allow more people to use the Omnipool for certain types of stables.
- This change is being made because the current rules are not being used to their full potential.

- The risk of opening these channels is considered low to none by the Hydration community.

- The other chains must accept the incoming channel and register HDX before sending an open channel request back to Hydration.
- Hydration governance will then accept the return channel and register the other parachain's token.
