Following discussion #214 (https://hydration.subsquare.io/posts/214) - this proposal, if approved, will place the following on-chain remark:
Instruct the Council-controlled multisig to delegate 438,700 DOT to ChaosDAO in Polkadot OpenGov at 3x conviction
Looks to me like there's some kind of conflict of interest and/or it does not serve decentralization.
My vote is not going to change anything but still, voting nay.

Agreed. Centralization of this kind is bad for Polkadot governance. ChaosDAO is too powerful already. Still naying the proposal
404 not found on the link indicated in the proposal. Plus I don't see why Hydra would need ChaosDAO to vote for them instead of voting directly. It is a NAY for me.
