This proposal, if approved, will authorize the upgrade of the runtime to release v31.0.0, version hydradx/264.
This upgrade includes:
- feat: ERC20 currency binding by @mrq1911 in #899 (needed for Money Market)
- feat: make ah as dot reserve by @dmoka in #911 (allows change of reserve & therefore to allow AH <> Hydration DOT transfers)
- feat: support assets with xyk dot pools as fee asset by @dmoka in #852 (allows tx fee payment in all assets that have a pool with DOT)
- feat: remove SafeCallFilter and pallet_xcm from call filter by @Roznovjak in #909
- chore: upgrade to polkadot v1.11.0 by @Roznovjak in #889 (will enable some big improvements in XCM usability)
- chore: lower minTotalFarmRewards for xyk liquidity mining by @martinfridrich in #914 (will allow creation of the MYTH/DOT farming incentives as part of Polkadot Hydration)
- chore: add RadiumBlock bootnodes to Hydration by @radiumb in #924
- fix: reversible evm address by @mrq1911 in #902
