Considering 15 hours a week, that would be 2 hours per day.

 my working hours have sometimes ranged from 7 am to 11 pm (some days even longer), answering tickets and questions, and being available to respond to any questions or issues.

I am not disputing that you worked the hours, but I think it is good practise in any business, to document and specify what you are invoicing.

Keep a log of the issues you respond to and include it in your request.

Personally, I don't think **being available** is a chargeable task. 

Time sheets should be part of the governance process with a summery of work completed going forward.
