I support this. But, we should wait. I think the market is about to crash. The Yen is rallying and that's probably going to crash prices of everything in the short term. Wait up till next year. Once there's a big crash go in.

We have a bunch more DCAs to come from H2O in Omnipool Treasury positions as well as the outstanding sUSDS buyback that's overdue, so plenty of opportunity to capture any potential future "crash".

At this point I'd support a year long DCA. Price has pulled back a bit, though. Just time the vote to go through when we know the BoJ rate decision on December 18th. We might even crash before this vote is finished.

Tentative nay but for the opposite reason as 7PAU, imo market will be going up in the short/medium/long term and it'd be better to sell H2O later as it represents many of these other assets that will be going up in price. But HDX may also get dragged up/pump even more so I am open to discussion on that and changing to aye.

- I just don't believe in trying to time the market. One believes it will go up, the other believes it will go down, we should not decide the project strategy based on random forecasts. Nobody knows, it could go up or down in the short term. This buyback is about long-term strategy, not about short-term tactics.
- More importantly than finding the best time for the buyback, this ref is consistent with a recent previous ref #193 that has been massively ayed. Nothing has changed since then. Naying this ref now after ref #193 (and previously ref #191) has been so massively ayed with 99.9% would be a bad signal from our community. How to trust future refs if we nay this one now, which is just the application of the previous one ?
I believe that only 3 facts could justify a nay now : (i) A big change in market conditions between now and the previous ref, but there has been no such change since then, (ii) a problem with Hydration, but Hydration is working extremely well right now (and we all hope it will keep doing this way) and (iii) the expression of concerns and arguments about timing the H2O-fueled HDX buyback at the time of ref 191 or ref 193, but there hasn't been any single argument neither on subsquare nor in the gov-discussion discord channel at the time of ref 191 and 193. A far as I know, there hasn't even been any comment about these two at the time...or I missed them even after checking both on discord gov-discussion and subsquare. Maybe somewhere else ?
Thus, I strongly support the AYE on this one.

So basically 219 USD worth per day. A fraction of what the protocol is actually buying back via fees? On top of a hopefully raging bull? So that the buyback is not maxing the HDX it can get by frontrunning retail in a bull market, nope instead you want it to be exit liquidity way after the probable bull peak?

If people say we should save it for the dump, it is `"we have a bunch more DCAs to come from H2O"`. And if people say we should DCA over a longer period of time, it is `"you wanna spread out a 80k buyback over a year?"`.

For me, it is clear: he doesn't like **ANY** short-term BB DCA and wants them long-term.
