This proposal, if approved, will place the following on-chain remark:
Request the Technical Committee to whitelist any referenda relating to the launch of the GIGAHydration campaign
The funds approved through Polkadot referendum #1542 Polkadot GIGAHydration Campaign (https://polkadot.subsquare.io/referenda/1542) should arrive on the Hydration child account on 26th June - after which we will need referenda that will return 3,000,000 DOT (see https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/90), withdraw 2,000,000 DOT to the Hydration Treasury, mint 2,000,000 DOT equivalent of vDOT, initiate a DCA schedule for vDOT -> GIGADOT - followed by creation of the first GIGAHydration farms. In order to avoid unnecessary delays, I am proposing that we request the Technical Committee to whitelist the proposals, allowing us to KICK OFF THE GIGAHYDRATION CAMPAIGN ON 27TH JUNE.
The first farms will most likely be set for a period of 3-months, with a BOOST POT which will be used to provide boosted rewards to select farms for 3 week sprints - these will be voted on by HDX holders.
