This proposal, if approved, will create the following DCA schedule:

•     Swap 10,000 H2O for HDX
  

  •     2.222 H2O per trade
    

  •     every 44 blocks
    

•     1.5% slippage limit
  

•     9 max retries
  

•     estimated to last for ~11 days
  

After the success of the first 5 tranches of buybacks for HDX there has been a period of consolidation. It makes sense now after this consolidation to resume with more tranches to continue building up the treasury supply of HDX. This supply is needed in the future for reasons like adding liquidity to the omnipool position and staking incentives etc.

Currently we have 15737 h2o in the treasury and expect an estimate of around 20k-25k h2o to be released after maintenance to the WETH and iBTC positions in the coming weeks. This means the next batch of tranches will probably look like 3 rounds of 10k h2o with the normal speed of the earlier tranches.

This proposal is identical to tranche 2 https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/32 and while the idea of trance 2 was a slower approach the runtime upgrade from 12s to 6s blocks means that 44 blocks will be the same speed as 22 blocks in the past.
