This proposal, if approved, will pre-fund account 7KATdGahab2nbfZL9juM2PzCCvNApWpKKG9K9jpfHBvxz8MA with 2,222,222 HDX.

This is in preparation for a follow-up proposal which will launch HDX incentives for GIGADOT, in addition to:

• [REDACTED] incentives going live
• increase GIGADOT cap to 8,888,888
• add GIGADOT to DOT-correlated e-mode; meaning more favourable borrowing parameters for DOT against GDOT

THIS PROPOSAL DOES NOT INCREASE THE GIGADOT CAP - THIS PROPOSAL ONLY SENDS THE HDX IN PREPARATION FOR THE INCENTIVES

The HDX will be distributed over 90 days
