This proposal, if approved, will create the following DCA schedule:

• Swap 10,000 H2O for HDX
  • 2.222 H2O per trade
  • every 11 blocks
• 1.5% slippage limit
  • 9 max retries
• estimated to last for ~6 days

This is proposal while only doing the above DCA (similar to tranche 1 and 3 but half the time https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/15) has the following purpose:

The sentiment around current market conditions and protocol traction is that we need to act fast to keep the momentum building as the rolling out of the big updates happens over the coming week(s).

While keeping the buybacks going with minimal break in between trances this action being twice the speed will be maximizing/improving the buyback rate for the treasury right before the rollout.
