Fellow Hydrators

This proposal, if approved, will create the following DCA schedule:

• Swap 10,000 H2O for HDX
  • 2.222 H2O per trade
  • every 22 blocks
• 1.5% slippage limit
• 9 max retries
• estimated to last for ~11 days

This is proposal while only doing the above DCA (Identical to tranche 1 https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/15) has 2 reasons for being created:

1. First reason is while we have debated back and forth about the right approach with buybacks and timing markets there has also been a theme spoken out during the last ama (https://x.com/hydration_net/status/1889409334695829752 ) concerning the need to go and go now. It would be great if we don’t focus on trying to play the market but instead focus on where we are moving to as a protocol. We are finally moving fast, starting to build some wonderful momentum with big updates and the buybacks should match that as we get the flywheel rolling.

2. Second reason is to do with the closing remarks made by Kubo during the last ama:
   One more thought I would like to ask for all of you. I will have, like, if you if you like us and if you want to see hydration and HDX more successful, please contribute more into whatever you can.
   I am dutchiekiwi, just a regular discord community member living in omniwatch who some may recognize but others may not. This is my first ever Ref made and I do it because I feel the call made that if we love Hydration and see a need then let’s step up and do it. More hands on deck the better, we can all make a difference. Lets get active :)
