Staker Space (15x3pjt8QyKrkcEu1TvvHNjGTesSgSa8ZVcYdAVuuKWuWmFq) has been a long-term supporter of Hydration and collator on Basilisk - and was intended to initially be a collator also on Hydration, however, this slipped through the cracks for many years.

To reward their loyalty and support to Hydration (and as a competent Collator with history on Basilisk) - I propose to add them as a collator to Hydration.
