# Launch ZEC in the Omnipool

This proposal, if approved, will list ZEC (asset 1001357) in the Omnipool, following the OTC accumulation of 200,000 HOLLAR worth of ZEC.

Execution will:

- transfer `141.259` ZEC (~$177k, 90% of the Treasury's ZEC) from the Treasury to the Omnipool account
- add ZEC to the Omnipool at a launch price of `231.37` H2O per ZEC (ZEC $1,256.03, H2O $5.429 at build time), with a `5%` weight cap and the liquidity position owned by the Treasury
- register the on-chain router route from WETH to ZEC, so EVM fee pricing and other route consumers can reach the new asset

The remaining 10% of the Treasury's ZEC will be used to list ZEC in the money market in a separate referendum.

This is a plan to add a cryptocurrency called ZEC to a trading pool called the Omnipool.

- The plan moves `141.259` ZEC (about $177k) from the project's savings account into the Omnipool.
- ZEC is added with a starting price of `231.37` H2O per ZEC and a `5%` limit on how much space it can take.
- The savings account (Treasury) will own the ZEC in the pool.
- A path is set up so other parts of the system can trade WETH for ZEC.
- The other 10% of the savings account's ZEC will be used in a separate vote for the money market.
- The Technical Committee is asked to approve this special fast-track request.
