Hydration has also recently introduced CheckedOracles for several Money Market assets. Has this changed the number or scope of price feeds that still depend on DIA?

It would be helpful to see a current list of DIA feeds actively used by Hydration, together with their usage, uptime and service-level commitments.

Finally, Hydration also funds a dedicated DIA RPC endpoint through Dwellir. Could you clarify whether that infrastructure cost is included in DIA's overall service arrangement, and whether the current monthly fee remains appropriate given the recent oracle architecture changes?

I understand that reliable oracle infrastructure is critical for lending security. My concern is ensuring that recurring Treasury expenditure remains transparent and proportionate to the services actually being delivered.

1. The current three-month service period covered by this request is the period ending in August 12, 2026 - October 12, 2026. It has been requested from the Hydration community that the request is made retroactively on a quarterly cadence. In each of the previous Tip Request referenda published by DIA, there is an embedded link where it shows the service period covered by each request where it states "[Please see the attached table reference the cost for each month given approved terms](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fAEIZUws92VkD9hFJWTtl_rLCs3Hy-3aJt0fyTNyZkg/edit?tab=t.0)."

2. The number of price feeds from DIA in support of the Hydration money market has actively expanded as well as adjusted with new listings of assets on the money market. Today, the DIA oracles are actively securing DOT, USDT, USDC, tBTC, ETH, PAXG, SOL, EURC, and is supplying feeds for upcoming markets. The historical uptime of these price feeds has been ≥ 99.99%. 

RPC costs are not directly included in the service arrangement, however both DIA and Hydration incur RPC infrastructure costs for the delivered work. Historically, DIA has supported the Hydration money market with the deployment of 15 price feeds, whereas the original agreed upon scope is 10 feeds. We are happy to continue expanding our support in the mutual alignment and interest of the Hydration community and DAO.

Per the approved proposal, the monthly service cost is $3,762.50 in HDX. The USD equivalent of each HDX delivered shall be equal to the 7D EMA on the day before each payment is due.
