The "another node operator" breached the SLA recently too. I would expect at least an explanation of the rehabilitation process in this case. I also don't like his involvement in the Astar Finance Committee, which was a paid scheme to extract Polkadot treasury-funded incentives from Hydration using "Astar DAO" funds (ASTR).
