I confirm the issue with the trapped funds, the account and the recovery plan. I voted AYE.

This is more of a surgical operation, so I want to note that there is also a cleaner XCM-native alternative in principle: Asset Hub could send an XCM to Hydration that executes `ClaimAsset` for the trapped asset bundle and deposits the USDC to the beneficiary. That would avoid manually updating balances and deleting storage, but would likely require coordination from Asset Hub governance/root and could be much slower, potentially taking months.

So the current proposal looks direct and practical, while the XCM-native path is cleaner but less convenient.

This proposal, if approved, will recover `39,975` USDC for user `0x3c673bf03774b7289ee1ee6cfb079b93498de178` whose funds became trapped after a faulty Snowbridge V2 transfer was creating using our cross-chain UI.

This is a batch that:
- updates the balance of the account to `39,975` Snowbridge USDC
- deletes storage key `0xe38f185207498abb5c213d0fb059b3d8d499693d59a5a8e17fe4824942a77f46b871379c3cb2419c4a25ca1df2c417f8e58e83b87c8ed6fb412a1e4614f9c884`
