I think many people across both the Pendulum and Hydration communities would value a more detailed explanation, so we can better understand the concerns and discuss them constructively.

If approved, it requests Hydration governance and the relevant technical contributors / Tech Committee to prepare or whitelist the follow-up execution required to list PEN after Pendulum has transferred the agreed initial liquidity.

So the current vote is about confirming community/governance support for moving forward with the PEN Omnipool listing process. The actual executable technical proposal should still go through the appropriate Hydration technical review / whitelist process before execution.

From Pendulum's side, the intended outcome is: once the agreed initial liquidity is transferred, Hydration contributors can prepare the final execution path to add PEN to the Omnipool in a reviewed and governance-aligned way.
