This proposal, if approved, will:

• approve 200,000 HOLLAR spend for the Decentral smart contracts
• deposit 200,000 HOLLAR into the Decentral Hydration Pool - 60 day minimum lock-up, 18% APY

The protocol will withdraw this balance in full at the end of the minimum lock-up period, at which point we hope to have the liquid Decentral token already live - and the aim will be to deposit the total sum (including paid interest) into the new product
