This proposal, if approved, will launch PRIME on Hydration:

• $500,000 of PRIME + 500,000 HOLLAR in a new PRIME / HOLLAR stablepool
• PRIME as collateral in Isolated Mode
• 5,000,000 PRIME supply cap
• 2,222,222 HOLLAR debt ceiling in Isolated mode

Note for preparation for PRIME looping with HOLLAR - your account must be in isolated mode, which means it cannot have any active debt or other assets set as collateral assets. You should either use a fresh account or repay all outstanding debts + turn off collateral assets
