This proposal, if approved, will place the following on-chain remark:

Request the Technical Committee to whitelist a follow-up referendum to remove POL SOL liquidity from the Omnipool - in preparation for GIGASOL launch

The Treasury currently has ~529 SOL liquidity as LP in Omnipool - due to recent volatility it is preferred to whitelist the proposal to remove this liquidity, rather than submitting it directly to the Treasurer track.

This is being withdrawn to the Treasury in preparation for the launch of GIGASOL, which will require POL SOL to launch the initial stablepool shares + launch in Omnipool.

This is not removing SOL from the Omnipool, it will continue to trade as normal at this stage
