This referendum executes the **DOT → aDOT Omnipool migration** through 3 coordinated batch calls.

### Call 1: Freeze DOT & Exit Yield Farms

- Sets DOT tradable state to `8` (frozen)
- Sets DOT existential deposit to `0` (allows full dust withdrawal)
- Executes **1,400 farm exit operations** for 451 accounts across yield farms 2, 8, 10, 88
- Scheduled across 70 blocks

### Call 2: Complete Farm Exits & Remove Liquidity

- Executes remaining **484 farm exits** (251 deposits)
- Removes **900 Omnipool liquidity positions**
- Affects 642 unique accounts
- Scheduled across 70 blocks

### Call 3: Final Removal, Token Swap & Storage Cleanup

**Phase 1 (Blocks 1-24):** Removes final **454 liquidity positions** (357 accounts)

**Phase 2 (Block 25):** Atomic token migration batch:
1. Swaps DOT → aDOT via Aave pool
2. Temporarily raises circuit breaker limit for aDOT
3. Adds aDOT liquidity to Omnipool
4. Restores circuit breaker to normal limits

**Phase 3 (Block 26):** Cleanup:
- Restores DOT existential deposit to `0.001754 DOT`
- Migrates 7 active DCA schedules to updated routes (see below)

Following on from approval of referendum `#255` (https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/255) - this whitelisted proposal will, if approved:

- removes all DOT LPs from farms (`987`)
- removes all DOT LPs from Omnipool (`1354`)
- migrates Polkadot Treasury LP to aDOT LP
- sets existing DCA schedules with functioning route
- removes DOT from Omnipool as tradable token - *users can still trade DOT as currently due to the presence of aDOT in Omnipool - this is NOT removal of the DOT token from Hydration*

This one is a monster, executed as a batch of three whitelisted calls - each whitelisting a schedule. In total this referendum will be executed over `165` blocks. It is structured in this way due to the sheer size of the call.

- **Keeps** DCA schedules working.
- **Stops** DOT from being traded in Omnipool, but you can still trade aDOT.
