This proposal, if approved, will restart the DCA from H2O to HDX that was previously approved through referendum #15 (https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/15) - which unfortunately failed after 9 retries due to the slippage limit of 1.5% being exceeded by dynamic HDX fees.
Referendum #22 (https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/22), if approved, will increase the decay speed of dynamic fees by 10x - meaning that by the time this proposal is enacted, the DCA schedule shouldn't suffer from the same fate.
The revised parameters of the DCA schedule are:
- Swap
7,015 H2O for HDX (the remaining H2O from the referendum #15 budget)
2.222 H2O per trade- every
22 blocks
1.5% slippage limit9 max retries- estimated to last for
~8 days
