This proposal, if approved, will register SQD on Hydration Asset Registry with assetId 37 - this is sourced from Binance Smart Chain (BSC) using Moonbeam Routed Liquidity (MRL). This instance of SQD accounts for way over 60% of all SQD volume and therefore makes the most sense, it also opens up trade routes between BSC & Hydration.

It also places the following on-chain remark: Authorize the Hydration Technical Committee to whitelist a follow-up referendum which will list SQD in the Omnipool, LP the SQD liquidity sent to the Omnipool account, and transfer the resulting LP positions back to the sender of the liquidity.
