This proposal, if approved, will increase the supply cap of GIGAETH to `3,333` from the current `2,222`.

The launch of GIGAETH has been a great success - to the extent that the supply cap filled significantly faster than expected - it is also somewhat lower than demand for the GIGAHydration farms, meaning at the current cap we are artificially overpaying for liquidity of GIGAETH in Omnipool.
