After successful execution of referendum #105 (https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/105), this proposal, if approved, will transfer `~8` iBTC from the Hydration Treasury to the IGL multisig `13ewQXTnrTGnb6yXdDEqmNBkamrtWMXRRwdq28sopxbSPKjx` to be swapped 1:1 for tBTC.

Once complete, the tBTC will be returned to the Hydration Treasury.
