This proposal, if approved:

• returns 3,000,000 DOT to the Polkadot Treasury (on Polkadot)
• transfers 2,000,000 DOT to the Hydration Treasury (on Hydration)
• mints 2,000,000 DOT equivalent of vDOT (on Bifrost)
• creates a ~6 hour DCA schedule from vDOT into GIGADOT
• creates a ~2 month DCA schedule from the remaining vDOT into GIGADOT

Once minted, the vDOT is sent to a Pure proxy 13NWq5jfYPMthrdBpGsj4EaiJi21vDUUMeExcMVEVzzZzuVh controlled by the Hydration Treasury and Polkadot Root - funds will remain here until they are deployed for specific incentives
