(NEW) Request TC to whitelist the listing of TRAC in the Omnipool

Following the positive community feedback on the discussion to list track in the Omnipool (+ add link), this referendum, if approved, will instruct the Hydration Technical Committee to:

1. List TRAC in the Omnipool
2. LP the TRAC liquidity that will be sent to the Omnipool account
3. Transfer the resulting LP positions back to the sender of the liquidity

NOTE: This referendum follows a wrongly submitted one, to which you should vote NAY please. (This is the one to vote Aye on :)
