Create the HydraDX/Basilisk Chinese Community in the Telegram group, and create the "HydraDX/Basilisk China Community" WeChat group. Translate official announcements in time and publish them in the community. Answer questions from community members in time. Organize a team of community volunteers to complete translation/proofreading tasks in a timely manner.
