The HydraDX RPC services has been running since [June 2022](https://github.com/polkadot-js/apps/pull/7704).

We mostly do prepayment and it usually ends up being cheaper because we consume the fluctuating costs.

Dwellir services have been critical for both Basilisk and HydraDX in order to maintain sufficient infra services to both networks - I am in support of this proposal.

Why we don't use for these purposes Pocket Network? It seems ZP is familiar with them. We don't believe in web3?

This proposal is to cover the costs for January, February and March in 2023. We are requesting $2,584.95 for this period.
